I build websites, AI tools and automation for business

I take the whole thing: from the idea and the interface to the server, the integrations and the search results.

In short

About

I solve business problems end to end. I can work out what the problem actually is, design the solution, draw the interface, write the backend, connect the services you already use, automate the process, set up analytics, deploy the whole thing — and then work out why search engines are not indexing it properly.

Over the past year AI has become a line of work in its own right. Not “I can write prompts”, but assistants and workflows built into how a company actually operates, saving people hours every week.

I also write here — about work, tools and whatever else is going on.

What I do

Six things, usually needed together

Take one of them, or hand over the whole problem.

  • 01

    Websites and web apps

I design it, build the interface and write the backend myself — from the first screen to a working product.

    • Landing pages, company sites and catalogues
    • Client portals and internal tools
    • Filters, forms, calculators, product search
    • Quick first versions to test an idea on a small budget
    • Picking up and growing sites that already exist
  • 02

    AI and automation

I take the routine your team does by hand and move it into workflows. Where judgement is needed, language models step in.

    • Automating repetitive processes
    • AI assistants inside your site or internal system
    • Multi-step workflows: collect, check, pass along
    • Processing enquiries, email, documents and spreadsheets
    • Smart search across your own company data
  • 03

    Chatbots and conversational systems

A bot that answers the usual questions, captures the enquiry and hands the conversation to a person at the right moment.

    • Telegram bots and on-site chat
    • Answers to common questions and first-line support
    • Capturing enquiries and filtering out the noise
    • Handover to a human when it matters
    • Connected to your CRM and other services
  • 04

    Search optimisation

Technical SEO from a developer: not a list of recommendations for someone else to implement, but changes I make myself.

    • Technical audit and diagnosis
    • Keyword research and grouping
    • Site structure built around real demand
    • Titles, descriptions, landing pages
    • Duplicates, indexing, internal linking
    • Reports in plain language: what grew and why
  • 05

    Data and integrations

When there is one system, another system and a spreadsheet in between — I make them talk to each other without a person in the middle.

    • Collecting data from websites and cleaning it up
    • Importing and exporting large catalogues
    • Connecting the site to CRM, telephony and mailing tools
    • Moving data between services
    • Analytics: where enquiries come from and how many
    • One-off scripts for a specific job
  • 06

    Design and rapid prototyping

Not a month-long design process — a concept in a few days: from references to a clickable prototype, then straight into build.

    • A visual direction based on examples you like
    • Page and interface mockups
    • Clickable prototypes before development starts
    • Graphics and illustration for the project
    • Files you can hand straight to a developer

How it works

From a problem to something that runs

  1. 01

    Understand the problem

Not the spec — what actually has to change: where time, money or enquiries are being lost.

  2. 02

    Propose a solution

What is worth building, what is not, how long it takes and what you can start smaller with.

  3. 03

    Build it

Interface, backend, integrations, automation. You see progress along the way, not after a month of silence.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

Deployed, analytics connected, and I stay around to keep developing it.

Work

Projects

01

Riviera Wellness

A site for a premium fitness club in Yekaterinburg: club areas, timetable, team, spa, news and membership cards. I built the backend and the front-end markup from the supplied designs.

  • Every page built from the design files
  • An admin the club uses to run its own timetable, team and news
  • Booking and consultation request forms
  • Services, spa and membership card sections

HR operations tool

Onboarding or offboarding a person took three to four hours of manual work across several systems in a row. An internal tool reduced it to a single form.

  • One form sets a new hire up everywhere: tasks, email, access, passwords
  • Offboarding in a single action — access is revoked across every system
  • Offer documents for new hires generated as PDFs
  • Bitrix24, Google Sheets, company email and the password manager, wired together
Before → after 3–4 hours → 10 minutes

CableUp

A corporate site with a product catalogue and a Django admin: the manager adds items, edits prices and exports the price list without a developer.

  • Filterable catalogue
  • Django admin
  • XLSX price export

04

Telegram bots

Two bots for two different jobs: one collects enquiries from customers, the other keeps an eye on who is in the work chat.

  • Customer enquiries captured and emailed to the manager
  • A record of who has joined the company chat
  • Former employees removed promptly
  • The employee list lives in an ordinary Google Sheet
