Privacy Policy

1. What is collected

The site has a single contact form. By submitting it you send the Operator:

• your name, as you typed it (the field is optional);
• your email address;
• the text of your message;
• technical details: the address of the page the form was sent from and the interface language.

2. What the Operator does not do

The site uses no cookies, no visitor counters and no web analytics. Your behaviour on the site is not tracked and no visitor profile is built.

The Operator does not collect special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, ethnicity and the like) or biometric data. Please do not send them through the form.

3. What it is used for

The only purpose is to answer your message and, where relevant, discuss the work you came about.

The data is not used for newsletters or advertising, is not sold and is not passed to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Legal basis

The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ), given by ticking the checkbox in the form. Without the tick the form will not submit.

Consent is voluntary. You may choose not to give it — then the form cannot be used, and you are welcome to email the Operator directly.

5. How it is processed

Processing is both automated and manual. A submitted form reaches the Operator's server and its contents are then delivered to the Operator by email. Place of processing: ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: город.

An email service used by the Operator delivers the message. No other transfer to third parties takes place, except where the law directly requires it.

No cross-border data transfer is performed.

6. How long it is kept

Data is kept as long as needed for the correspondence, and no longer than three years after the last contact. After that it is deleted.

If you withdraw consent earlier, the data is deleted within 30 days of the withdrawal.

7. Your rights

At any time you may:

• ask whether your data is being processed and get a copy of it;
• ask for inaccurate data to be corrected;
• ask for your data to be deleted;
• withdraw your consent;
• complain to Roskomnadzor or go to court.

8. How to exercise them

Write to ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: почта для обращений. Mention the address you used in the form and what you want — information, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent.

The Operator replies within 30 days. No special form or paper request is needed.

9. Security

Data travels from the site over HTTPS. Only the Operator has access to the messages. The Operator takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to keep the data from reaching outsiders or being altered or destroyed.

10. Changes

The Operator may change this policy. The version published on this page applies; its date is shown at the top.
